2. What I collect
- What you send me: name, email, website URL, and project details when you use the quote form, email me, or message me on WhatsApp.
- Basic analytics: aggregate page views and traffic sources, used to understand which content is useful. No advertising profiles are built.
- Engagement records: if we work together, the scopes, invoices, and project communication needed to deliver the work.
3. What I do with it
Reply to you, prepare your quote, deliver the engagement, and keep required business records. That is the full list. I do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and I do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
4. Third-party services
This site and my workflow rely on a small set of processors: web hosting, email, analytics, WhatsApp (if you choose to message me there), and the Fiverr or Upwork platforms if you order through them. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy; I share only what the service needs to function.
5. Client dashboard data
During an engagement I access your Search Console, analytics, or similar dashboards to do the work. That access is used only for your project. Results screenshots are published only in anonymized form, with names withheld, and only where the engagement terms allow it.
6. Cookies
This site uses only the minimal cookies needed for basic analytics and site function. No third-party advertising cookies, no tracking pixels for ad networks.
7. Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as a future engagement is plausible, then deleted. Engagement records are kept for as long as law and accounting require, then deleted.
8. Your rights
Email me to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, and I will do it promptly. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data rights (GDPR, CCPA, or similar), those rights are honored on request.
9. Children
This site offers business services and is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Changes and contact
