ChatGPT SEO for medical practices, law firms, financial advisors, and local businesses
Be the business ChatGPT recommends.
ChatGPT SEO, also called answer engine optimization, makes ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI name your business when your customers ask. Here is how it works, as a conversation.
Any good pediatric dentist near me that is open now?
Illustrative example
People still just Google things. Why does this even matter?
Because more of them do not. They ask ChatGPT for a dentist, Perplexity for a lawyer, or Google's AI Overview about a procedure, and act on the two or three names it hands back. Everyone else is invisible. This is already showing up in real traffic, and almost nobody is optimizing for it yet.

So how does ChatGPT decide who to name?
It is not random, and it is not pay-to-play. Four things decide whether your name makes it into the answer.
It can only quote what it can read
Answer-first, cleanly structured pages get extracted word for word. Walls of marketing copy get skipped. I rebuild your key pages so an assistant can lift a clean answer.
It recommends entities it can verify
Structured data and a consistent identity across the web tell the model exactly who you are and that you are real, so it is comfortable putting your name in an answer.
It pulls from sources it trusts
Reviews, directories, and the Bing index that feeds Copilot and ChatGPT browsing all shape the answer. I strengthen the sources the assistants actually read.
It favors demonstrated authority
The same expertise and reputation signals Google rewards are what get you named by AI. In high-trust fields like medicine, law, and finance, this is most of the game.
What would you actually do for my business?
I work the same four levers, end to end. No black box, no vague retainer. Here is what the engagement covers.
AI-extractable content
Your core pages restructured answer-first, so assistants lift a clean, quotable response instead of skipping past you.
Entity and schema buildout
Structured data plus a consistent name, identity, and location across the web, so AI can verify you and trust it.
Citation and authority building
I strengthen the third-party sources assistants read: directories, reviews, and mentions that put your name in the answer.
Bing and Copilot coverage
Bing's index feeds Copilot and ChatGPT browsing, and most competitors ignore it. I make sure you are indexed and favored there.
Reviews and profile alignment
Assistants weigh reputation. I align your Google Business Profile and review signals with what the AI is looking for.
AI-sourced tracking
GA4 and Search Console set up to prove AI-sourced visits, so you can watch ChatGPT and Perplexity send real people.
Does it actually work? Show me proof.
Every screen below is a real dashboard from my work, not a slide I designed. Names are withheld at client request, the numbers are not.

A law firm, from invisible in AI answers to 208,400 citations across Bing and Copilot in three months, 131 pages cited per week at peak.

A content site cited 184,800 times by Copilot and its partners in a quarter, 118 pages cited on an average week.

GA4 does not lie about where visitors come from. On an optimized site, chatgpt.com grew as a real referral source over the last 28 days.

The AI Assistant channel bringing real sessions on the same property, up over the last week. AI search is not coming, it is already sending customers.
Who am I actually working with?

Me, directly. I am Ashikur Rahman, an SEO and AI Search Optimization expert who also designs and builds the sites I optimize. I have been working on AI citation since it had a name. I hold an LLB and an LLM, which is why so much of my work lives in high-trust legal, medical, and financial search, where credibility decides who the AI trusts.

What does it cost and how do we start?
Three ways to start, depending on where you are. Every engagement is scoped after a free discovery call, and you get a fixed, written scope before anything begins.
AI Citation Audit
Where you stand in AI answers today, which competitors are being named instead of you, and the exact roadmap to change it.
Foundation Build
The core work: content restructured for extraction, schema and entity buildout, and the first authority push that gets you into answers.
Ongoing Citation Growth
Monthly work that compounds, because citations and authority feed each other. This is where the curve bends upward.
Follow-up questions
Is ChatGPT SEO different from regular SEO?
They overlap, but the target is different. Regular SEO aims for a ranked link a person clicks. ChatGPT SEO, or answer engine optimization, aims to be named inside the answer the assistant writes, where there are no ten blue links, just two or three businesses. The technical foundation is shared, but the content structure, entity signals, and citation sources are tuned for how AI systems read and quote the web.
How long until AI starts citing my business?
Faster than classic rankings, in most cases. Once your pages are structured so assistants can extract them and your entity is verifiable, citations can start appearing within weeks. Building the volume and consistency that makes you the default answer takes a few months of compounding work, the same way authority builds in search.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend me?
No, and you should not trust anyone who promises it. No one controls what a model outputs. What I control is whether your business is readable, verifiable, and cited across the sources these systems trust, which is what puts you in the running. I report the citation and traffic numbers so you can see it working in your own dashboards.
Do I need a new website for this?
Usually not. Most of the work happens in content structure, schema, and off-site authority, which I can apply to your current site. If your site is genuinely holding you back, I will say so and show you why, since I design and build sites too. But a rebuild is never the default answer.
Which AI assistants does this cover?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini. They read overlapping sources, so the same foundation earns you citations across all of them. Bing's index in particular feeds both Copilot and ChatGPT browsing, which is why it is part of the work even though most SEOs ignore it.
